  • What can I expect in a standard cleaning?
    At Perfectinno, quality is a top priority and the cleaning professionals on our platform are experienced in providing the highest level of care and cleanliness put in your home. We’re happy to address any special needs and requests as well, so if there’s something that you see that’s not on the list below, bring it to our attention when you book an appointment , we’ll be sure that the cleaner is aware of this before your appointment. -Kitchen -Bathrooms -Bedrooms -Other Living Areas (Including Hallways & Stairs) -Extra Tasks (Upon Special Request Only)
  • My cleaner hasn’t arrived! What should I do?
    If your cleaner is running late,in most cases we will call you with an update about when they will arrive. Don’t worry, your appointment will still last for the duration of a normal cleaning. In the case that you do not hear from us, please contact us via call , text or email for additional support.
  • What is included in a Begin Of Tenancy / End Of Tenancy ?
    A Begin/End of tenancy cleaning is designed to prepare an apartment or house for a new tenant. There is usually more rooms and areas to be vacuumed, more baseboards to be detail cleaned, more cabinet, closet and drawer spaces to be cleaned, as well as light fixtures and other items. Moving cleanings do take up to minimum of 2-3 hours more than regular appointments. Be sure to select the “Begin Of Tenancy / End Of Tenancy” cleaning when you book your appointment.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaner?
    All of the cleaners that we work with pass through our rigorous screening process, and in the case that you’re disatisfied with your cleaner, you can request a different cleaner or contact us and we will help match you up with a cleaner that meets your requirements.
  • Do you clean office and commercial spaces?
    Yes, we can help with your residential and commercial cleaning service needs. Simply specify this when you book with us. Note that for commercial spaces, our hourly rates start from £15 per hour per cleaner.
  • How is Perfectinno different than other cleaning services,companies and agencies?"
    Unlike other companies, Perfectinno provides added value for our customers through our network of professionals, resources and tips to help you achieve a state of cleanliness, order and balance so you can live your best life.
  • How do I cancel a booking?
    If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, contact us at least 48 hours ( Monday - Saturday ) before your appointment and let us know. If you do not cancel prior to 12pm the day before, you will be charged a cancellation fee half of the price of your cleaning. Please note we are closed on Sundays , any cancellations made then will be picked up on Monday from 8:30am.
  • What is the 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy?
    We work hard to make sure our cleaners are top tier and that our customers are happy. If you are not completely satisfied, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, even if it takes re-cleaning your home.
  • What is the No Lock-In Contract policy?
    We believe everyone is entitled to making their choices in life and why stop when using a service provider?! Here at Perfectinno our policy is freedom of choice , no time fixed contracts , freedom to cancel service if no longer needed or your circumstances change.
  • If there is no contract , should I expect any paperwork? "
    Yes, an electronic copy of our terms and conditions will be sent to your appointed email once booking has been confirmed . you will have 7 days to read through and send back with signature of acceptance . No Contracts, only our Terms & Conditions whilst using Perfectinno as your service provider.
